Emerald Spirit Botanicals began in 1996 when founder Katie Jeane moved with her two young children to an undeveloped piece of land in Mendocino County. Living in harmony with nature, she built the first permitted cob house in California and cultivated a deep connection to the earth. By 2010, Katie transitioned from teaching to full-time farming, focusing on the healing power of cannabis. She began breeding high CBD varietals and, in 2014, developed 1:1 THC:CBD strains like Harmony Rose and Rising Sun. In 2018, Katie introduced Pink Boost Goddess, a groundbreaking 1:1 THC:THCv cultivar that has since won multiple awards, including 1st place at the Emerald Cup. Today, Katie and her family continue to farm fruits, vegetables, cannabis, and medicinal herbs using organic, regenerative practices on their homestead, sharing their plant medicine with the world.
