All sales are final, no returns or exchange for cannabis flowers, edibles, opened items, deals & discount/closeout or items purchased in bulk. Please be sure you have the correct items before the end of your sale.
For delivery orders: if you wish to refuse an unopened item in your order, you may do so with the driver before they leave your residence. However, the order must still reach the minimum amount, or you must pay a delivery fee.
Defective or damaged products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our store within the following guidelines:
-item must be returned in 7 days with original packaging and receipt
-customer must go through the manufacturer for items covered by manufacturer warranty
-Item will be inspected for defect. Note, not enjoying the high, the smell, the feeling, the look or performance of a product/strain does not constitute a defect.
-Defective Cartridges must be returned to the store for inspection within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and will be exchanged for store credit or like product. 30 day return policy for defective items with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Sespe makes no guarantee that cartridges will work with third party batteries. Sespe is not responsible for damage due to wear & tear, improper use, storage or over-charging, overheating and/or visible tampering.
