For health and safety purposes, we cannot return or exchange medicines. Medicating with cannabis requires some trial and error, as it is a product of nature and grown in varied conditions. We recommend keeping a medicine journal to track your experience with each medicine.

Defective products may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days with receipt.
For Delivery only: If a patient wishes to refuse an unopened item in their order, they may do so with the driver before they leave the residence. However, the order must still reach the minimum amount, or the patient must pay a separate delivery fee.
If you receive the wrong item, DO NOT OPEN IT. Notify us immediately and we will do our best to correct your order.
