What began with Ronald and Alice Asquith’s discovery of centuries-old Lechin de Sevilla trees has grown into a diverse grove featuring rare European varietals like Columella and Nocellara del Belice, cultivated from historic cuttings in Tuscany, Provence, and Sicily. Today, under the care of their son Philip, the farm crafts a range of robust, fruity, and infused olive oils while continuing to plant new trees and expand sustainable cooperative farming practices.
