Pickup Guidelines
Minimum & Fees
- No minimum or fee
Pickup Schedule
- Orders are typically ready in 20 minutes
- Pickup orders are held for up to 72 hours
Identification
- Pickup orders must be picked up by the person listed on the order or to a caregiver (for medical consumers with a valid caregiver agreement)
Payment
- We accept cash and cashless ATM, as well as local checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
- ATM available in-store

- $15 delivery fee for orders below $75
- $10 redelivery fee

- Deliveries to private residences, businesses, hotels, and campgrounds only (in-room/space)
- Check your delivery windows and order cutoff times below
- Ensure availability during your entire delivery window to avoid a redelivery fee

Check out your delivery windows and order cutoff times specific to your location. We adhere to strict guidelines to ensure safe and discreet delivery. Make sure you are home/available during your entire delivery window, or you may be charged a redelivery fee.
