Pickup Guidelines

Minimum & Fees

  • No minimum or fee

Pickup Schedule

  • Orders are typically ready in 20 minutes
  • Pickup orders are held for up to 72 hours

Identification

  • Pickup orders must be picked up by the person listed on the order or to a caregiver (for medical consumers with a valid caregiver agreement)

Payment

  • We accept cash and cashless ATM, as well as local checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.
  • ATM available in-store

Delivery Guidelines

  • No minimum and free delivery over $75
  • $15 delivery fee for orders below $75
  • $10 redelivery fee

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries to private residences, businesses, hotels, and campgrounds only (in-room/space)
  • Check your delivery windows and order cutoff times below
  • Ensure availability during your entire delivery window to avoid a redelivery fee
  • Receive text alerts as the driver gets closer and when they arrive
