This Full Spectrum Oil is one of my favorite items to use for sleep. With the combination of THC & CBN it helps you sleep very well. No sugar and easy to dose yourself for a great sleep. I use a rasin or date to put my FSO on and then down the hatch. I take it 30 minutes before bed.
