Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Cannabis flower
- Pre-rolls and joints
- Concentrates
- Edibles
- Opened or used products
- Accessories and batteries
- Clothing and merchandise
- Clones
- Discounted, promotional, or closeout items
- Bulk purchases
All accessory sales are final. Some accessories may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, which must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Sespe Creek Collective does not guarantee compatibility between cartridges and third-party batteries.
Damage, Misuse & Wear
Sespe Creek Collective is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or storage
- Overcharging or overheating
- Physical damage or visible tampering
Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Cannabis Products
Defective or damaged cannabis products may be eligible for exchange of the same product or store credit issued as loyalty points, subject to inspection and the guidelines below.
Defective Cannabis Products (excluding cartridges)
- Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Receipt and original packaging required
Defective Cartridges
- Must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Receipt and original packaging required
All returned items will be inspected to determine eligibility.
What Does Not Qualify as a Defect
The following do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Disliking the effects, potency, or strain
- Disliking the taste, smell, or appearance
- Personal reaction or tolerance
- Preference-related issues
- Applicator or format preference
Final Determination
All return and exchange determinations are made at the sole discretion of Sespe Creek Collective in accordance with applicable regulations.
