You are welcome to bring in rolled coins at our dispensary. For the safety of our delivery drivers we accept up to $2 in loose change max per delivery.

Will the driver call me in advance? What if I have poor cell reception?

The driver will contact you approximately 10 to 30 minutes prior to their arrival. If you have poor cell reception and/or GPS service in your area, please inform the phone operator when placing your order. In this case, we will confirm your availability for the duration of the delivery window when you place your order. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery after confirmation, you may be subject to a $10 re-delivery fee.

What are your delivery fees and minimums?

For delivery within the city of Ojai, there is no charge, and a minimum order of $50.

For delivery to Mira Monte, Oakview, and Meiners Oaks, the charge is $5, and the minimum order is $50.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Ojai, the unincorporated areas of Ventura County, and within the Santa Barbara city limits. We do not deliver to locations within 1000 ft of a school, park or church.

If the currently proposed State regulations go through, cities will not be able to ban deliveries within their borders.

Should I tip my driver?

Tips are not included in the donation. Please do tip the driver if s/he provided great service or depending on the situation. The delivery fee does not substitute as a tip for your driver, should you feel one is warranted.

Our Products

Are the same strains always on the menu?

Our menu changes based on what our vendors have available to us. While some vendors choose to grow and provide certain strains consistently, others enjoy versatility. We always strive to provide flowers of the utmost quality. As such, we provide our patients with the best quality flowers available to us, whether that’s flowers we frequently carry or superb new strains.

Do you do special orders?

We are not able to provide special quantities of flowers. Similarly, we are unable to supply bulk orders of flowers or products directly from our vendors. If you are interested in any other type of special order, feel free to contact our phone operators with your specific request, which we are happy to fulfill when possible.

This medicine didn’t work for me. Can I get a refund for what I didn’t use?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened flowers or products because you didn’t like it or it didn’t work the way you expected it. State law requires we destroy any medicine returned to us. Therefore, we can only accept defective products for store credit or exchange. Medicating with cannabis requires some trial and error, as it is a product of nature and grown in varied conditions. We recommend ordering smaller amounts of unfamiliar medicines and keeping a medicine journal to track your experience with each medicine.
