Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened flowers or products because you didn’t like it or it didn’t work the way you expected it. State law requires we destroy any medicine returned to us. Therefore, we can only except defective products such as malfunctioning cartridges or a leaking bottle etc. Medicating with cannabis requires some trial and error, as it is a product of nature and grown in varied conditions. We recommend ordering smaller amounts of unfamiliar medicines and keeping a medicine journal to track your experience with each medicine.
