As a budtender at Sespe Creek Collective, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and product expertise in our top-rated cannabis destination. Sespe budtenders are on the cutting edge of the industry and are passionate about promoting sun grown flower. You will assist customers in selecting from our diverse range of cannabis products, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs and preferences.

Applicants must be at least 21 and have no felony convictions. Drivers must have a clean driving record. All employees are required to pass a background check and vetting process before hiring, along with a 90-day probation period.
