As we open the showroom for in-person retail, we have committed to the following guidelines to ensure your safety:

OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS
To ensure social distancing, we are limiting the number of patrons allowed inside our waiting area and showroom. Patrons will wait outside, in a socially-distanced queue, for an invitation to enter.

IN-STORE EXPRESS PICKUP WINDOW
For the fastest and safest service, place your order online for pickup. When your order is ready, you’ll receive an SCC text alert. When you arrive, text your name to 805-419-3331. A budtender will then invite you inside to pay for your order. The In-store Express Pickup Window (located in our waiting area) will accept debit, credit, and, for fastest service, Paytender payment methods. Cash will be accepted ONLY at registers located inside the showroom.

NEW! TOUCHLESS, CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM
We’re super excited to offer Paytender — a digital wallet for SCC product purchases. All you have to do is sign up at PAYTENDER.COM. No more cash handling, no more fees when you link directly from your bank account, and you’ll check-out faster.

ENHANCED SANITARY PRECAUTIONS

Our on-duty retail staff is taking enhanced precautions to maintain a sanitary environment for our valued patrons and themselves. Our proactive approach includes:

  • Hand sanitizing after each transaction and/or cash handling and the option to utilize gloves if needed
  • Hourly handwashing requirements
  • Routinely sanitizing shared surfaces such as the registers, countertops, door handles, and high volume areas
  • All staff has been instructed that should they experience any symptoms of illness, they should not report to work, but rather seek medical attention as needed

SELF-ORDER KIOSK
For customers who can’t order online or who don’t want to shop in-store, iPad kiosks will be available for order placement. We will text you when your order is ready. You’ll then follow the pickup order instructions for order retrieval and payment.
