Ojai City Council Meeting

Ojai is the first city in the county moving to regulate medical cannabis dispensaries (non-storefront). We are optimistic that if the right funding comes through (donations, investments, etc.) we can be back up and running in Ojai in January when they start to issue licensesVentura County is also finally considering regulations for medical cannabis operators. However it's taking a lot of work to get there.

These vendors have dispensary locators:

Care By Design

Sensi Products

CBD Alive

So, in addition to checking Google, Yelp, and Leafly, you can go directly to these vendors to find the nearest place that carries their products.

Our CEO was arraigned on Nov 18 and pled not guilty on all charges. (2 counts perjury, 1 count maintaining a place to sell, 1 count sales, 1 count transport.) Jan 23 is the next preliminary hearing date scheduled. In the meantime, we have filed motions for discovery and motions to get the collective's assets back and our accounts unfrozen. We are confident in our public defender and will be relying on other attorneys as needed and as we can actually afford to retain one.

If you have questions, comments, ideas, feedback, or if you are in urgent need of emergency medicine, we've re-activated our contact page and will do our best to monitor the incoming mail and respond, or just look us up on Facebook or Twitter. We may not answer right away, but we will answer.
