Do I need to rejoin when you reopen in Ojai?

Yes and no! We still have our prior patient’s information on file but we’ll have to update everything and re-verify your recommendation. Give us a call at 855.722.9333 or just book an appointment to come visit the dispensary and update your information in person!

Can I pay with change?

You are welcome to bring in rolled coins at our dispensary. For the safety of our delivery drivers we accept up to $2 in loose change max per delivery.

Who can be a caregiver?

A caregiver must be either a relative of the patient or an employee of a licensed health facility. A valid caregiver is consistently responsible for the housing, health, and/or safety of the patient independent of assisting with medical marijuana. All caregivers must be authorized by the patient, provide a valid ID, and sign a Caregiver Agreement form. Only one person may be designated as a primary caregiver.

Do you accept state medical cards as a doctor’s recommendation?

Yes, a current and valid California state medical card is acceptable in place of a doctor’s recommendation.

Do you do special orders?

We are not able to provide special quantities of flowers. Similarly, we are unable to supply bulk orders of flowers or products directly from our vendors. If you are interested in any other type of special order, feel free to contact our phone operators with your specific request, which we are happy to fulfill when possible.

Can I apply multiple discounts to my order?

No, sorry. Daily Specials and the $275 Bonus may not be combined with Fixed Income, Veterans, or Compassionate Care pricing.

Are your services discreet and confidential?

Yes, we protect your privacy by abiding by HIPAA laws. All of our records and service history are 100% confidential; information is encrypted and stored securely for your protection. We will never give your personal details to anybody for any reason. This also applies to documentation for our discount programs, including Veteran’s, medical, and/or financial documents. Our staff is experienced in confidentially dealing with high profile clients. Should you require an additional degree of discretion during your delivery process, please advise our phones staff.

Our Products

Are the same strains always on the menu?

Our menu changes based on what our vendors have available to us. While some vendors choose to grow and provide certain strains consistently, others enjoy versatility. We always strive to provide flowers of the utmost quality. As such, we provide our patients with the best quality flowers available to us, whether that’s flowers we frequently carry or superb new strains.

Laws & Regulations

Do I need a doctor’s recommendation to order medicine for my pet?

In order to receive a delivery of any medicinal cannabis product, including medicine for pets, you must have your own letter of recommendation from a qualified medical provider. Once you obtain your recommendation, you may register as a new patient with our Collective. Please note, Sespe Creek staff do not have any medical or a veterinary background. Medicating with cannabis is a process of trial and error and self-education. We recommend reviewing the “Pets” category available on our menu, as well as these suggested articles:
